Blue Duck Tavern Hosts an American Thanksgiving Day Feast
On Thursday, November 26, Blue Duck Tavern will offer a holiday brunch from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Brunch begins with an array of hors d'oeuvres set throughout the open kitchen, with seasonal salads, meats and smoked fish. Guests then select their choice of an entrée and an assortment of side dishes showcasing produce from local farms. House-made desserts from the pastry pantry complete the feast.
Entress include Roasted Turkey Breast and Braised Leg with Giblet Gravy, Wild Steel Head Trout with Parsley Root and Juniper Oil and Roasted Diver Maine Scallops with Shaved Fennel and Anise. Sides for the Thanksgiving feast will include Chanterelle, Pear and Croissant Stuffing, Cornbread Pudding, Cranberry and Orange Sauce and Sweet Potato Gratin.
The brunch fixed-price menu is $85 per person for adults and $42.50 for children between six and 12. Children under six years of age are complimentary.
